Hwy. 169 BRT could funnel workers to Scott County

The Minnesota Department of Transportation, the Metropolitan Council and Scott County are teaming up to explore bus rapid transit and other transportation improvements on the corridor between Highway 41 in the southwest metro and Highway 55 in Plymouth.
